Each room is equipped with modern amenities to ensure your meetings are both comfortable and effective. Ready to book your space? Simply fill out our request form or give us a call 717-945-6380. Our team is dedicated to providing you and your guests with a seamless booking experience and ensuring that your meeting is a success.
All bookings come with a Flex Pass to our coworking space the day of your booking, unlimited coffee, tea and business grade wifi. All our rooms have dry erase boards and TV’s for presentations.
Please be advised that bookings made after 5PM and during weekends will incur an additional staff fee of $20 per hour.

Conf Room A – $50/hour | 12 people
Our spacious conference room, situated within TCF’s Studios, is specifically designed for larger groups, accommodating up to 12 attendees. This room is equipped with a 70-inch TV and a whiteboard, ideal for presentations and collaborative sessions. Featuring a large window, it offers ample natural light, creating a bright and private setting for your meetings.
The Boardroom – $40/hour | 6 people
Discover our adaptable large conference room on the third floor at TCF, which is perfect for meetings and creative endeavors. This room can comfortably fit up to 6 people for meetings or accommodate up to 10 seated in rows by rearranging the table. It features a large TV and a double-sided whiteboard, enhancing your meeting’s productivity. The room’s large window ensures excellent natural lighting, making it an outstanding choice for photo shoots as well.
Conf Room 4 – $30/hour | 5 people
Our intimate third floor conference room at TCF is ideal for smaller teams, accommodating 4 to 5 people. It includes a TV and a double-sided whiteboard, perfect for efficient team meetings. The room’s large window ensures a well-lit environment, enhancing both privacy and focus.
Conf Room 1 – $30/hour | 6 people
Explore our cozy and well-lit conference room on the first floor of TCF, perfectly tailored for groups of up to 6 people. This inviting space is equipped with a large TV and a whiteboard wall, conducive to both presentations and brainstorming sessions. The large window in the room bathes the space in natural light, creating a pleasant and productive atmosphere.
Conf Room B – $25/hour | 4 people
Our small conference room, situated in TCF’s Studio, is perfectly suited for groups of up to 4 people. This space is equipped with a large TV and features both a whiteboard and chalkboard wall, making it ideal for creative brainstorming sessions. The room also has a door that opens to the outside, allowing for fresh air and a pleasant ambiance on nice days.
The FishBowl – $25/hour | 4-6 people
Located on the first floor of our main building at The Candy Factory, this small conference room is designed to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably, with the option to add an extra chair for a fifth attendee if necessary. The room is furnished with a TV, a whiteboard, and a unique whiteboard table, enhancing its functionality for meetings. Overlooking our main hall, it offers a delightful and informal setting for your gatherings.
Conf Room 3 – $25/hour | 2 people
Our compact conference room on the third floor of The Candy Factory is an ideal choice for meetings of up to two individuals. It serves as a perfect ‘phone-booth’ style space for important calls or focused, heads-down work. The room is equipped with a TV and a whiteboard, providing essential tools for productivity in a private setting.
